Refund policy

We ship air guns and accessories to most locations in the United States, subject to the following conditions:

• Restricted Locations: Certain cities and states restrict or prohibit the sale and possession of air guns (e.g., Chicago, IL; New York City, NY). Orders placed for delivery to restricted areas will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

• Shipping Carriers: Air guns and related products may only be shipped using carriers that comply with regulations for these items. Air Arms reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping service for your order.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of air guns, ammunition, and accessories are final. We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Please contact Air Arms for return instructions before shipping any product back.
